Is Cooked sushi rolls (tempura, teriyaki, cooked salmon) safe in pregnancy?

Generally safe

Yes — sushi with cooked fillings is always safe.

What the evidence says

Sushi rolls with fully cooked fillings — tempura prawn, cooked salmon, teriyaki chicken, vegetarian rolls, California rolls (with cooked imitation crab or cooked shrimp) — are safe throughout pregnancy. The "is sushi safe" concern applies only to raw fish varieties.

Why this matters

Cooking eliminates any parasite or bacterial risk. The rice, seaweed, and vegetables carry no specific pregnancy concerns.
