Hello, I'm Medeinė.
Registered Dietitian, wife, and — most relevantly for the people I work with — someone who has walked the road I now support others on.

My story
I began my career as a dietitian in Lithuania, working across public hospitals. When my husband and I moved to the United Kingdom, I re-established my practice here and have spent the last several years working within the NHS — in community dietetics and across a range of clinical specialisms.
My NHS work has given me deep experience with diabetes management, weight loss and weight gain, malnutrition, tube feeding, and — most importantly — the practical realities of helping people change their eating when life is already complicated. Along the way I've learned that the clinical evidence is only half the job. The other half is listening carefully enough to build a plan someone can actually live with.
The reason I now focus much of my private work on fertility is more personal. My husband and I went through IVF ourselves. That experience taught me what it really feels like to navigate a fertility journey — the hope, the exhaustion, the contradictory advice from every direction, the desperate desire to do something, anything, that might help. I wanted to bring my clinical training to bear on that experience for other couples going through it.
I practise in English and Lithuanian, with a basic understanding of Russian. I'm a Full Member of the British Dietetic Association and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council — the legally protected standards that distinguish a qualified dietitian from the wider, unregulated world of 'nutritionists' and wellness coaches.
Four principles that shape every session.
Evidence over trends
Nutrition is full of fashionable opinions. My recommendations come from peer-reviewed research and clinical guidelines — not whatever's popular on social media this month.
Small, sustainable changes
The diet you can follow for two weeks rarely matters. The change you can live with for two years changes everything. I build plans for real life, not for a photo shoot.
No judgement, ever
I have no interest in making anyone feel guilty about food. What you eat now is information, not a verdict. Every session is a collaboration between equals.
Clear, written plans
After every session you receive a written summary with practical steps, resources, and next actions. You'll never leave wondering what you're supposed to do.
