Pricing questions
Many UK private health insurers cover consultations with HCPC-registered dietitians (including Bupa, Vitality, AXA, and WPA) though cover varies by policy. Please check with your insurer before booking, as I bill you directly and you claim back — I'm not currently registered as a direct-pay provider.
Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice receive a full refund or free rebook. Inside 24 hours, sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once at no cost.
I keep a small number of reduced-fee slots available for people with genuine financial need, particularly in fertility and women's health. Please get in touch and we'll have an honest conversation — there's no form to fill in and no awkwardness.
Payment is taken at the point of booking through Stripe — debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Package payments can be split into two instalments on request.
My HCPC registration and professional indemnity insurance are UK-based, so my primary practice is with UK residents. International enquiries are considered case by case — please get in touch and I'll be honest about whether I'm the right fit.
