After years in the NHS and my own journey through IVF, I've learned that good nutrition advice is never just about food. It's about meeting people where they actually are — tired, hopeful, frustrated, ready for change.

A 60-minute session covering your full history, goals, and daily life. You receive a written plan within 48 hours.

Regular follow-ups, adjustments, and gentle accountability. Most clients see meaningful change within three sessions.

For many people, speaking about their body, their hopes, and their fears is hard enough in their first language. Having to do it through translation makes genuinely good care nearly impossible. I work fluently in English and Lithuanian, with a basic understanding of Russian — so you can focus on what you want to say, not how to say it.
