Yes — cod is safe with no weekly limit.
What the evidence says
Cod and other white fish (haddock, plaice, pollock) are safe throughout pregnancy when thoroughly cooked. There is no weekly limit on white fish, unlike oily fish.
Why this matters
White fish has very low mercury and no weekly limit applies. It is a lean protein source without the pollutant limits of oily fish.
